Being a Mathemetician, well actually  technically at the moment I'm an Engineer, but my primary degree is mathematics and I kinda side-stepped into Engineering (where they steal our work and plug in numbers) I hate watching programs like CSI where they take buzz words and use them in their programs, often in completely the wrong context...the funniest was Transformers..."you need to move past Fourier transforms and start thinking quantum mechanics!"

The Truth about Cats and Dogs

A Dog is a wonderful companion, friendly and loyal and loving! Last night we were at a friends, where her wee pup is an 18 month Black Lab who greets everyone who enters with a different gift, except my husband, who she decided she would growl at until Phil slipped her some food. New favourite person. See, Dogs are easy.

Our Cat Einstein, however, is quite the Lord of the Manor...cuddle time comes when he wants and stops when he wants. He announces himself when he feels ignored, and is highly jealous of the computer when I work. His affection is seemingly conditional on our ability to feed and shelter him appropriately. I wouldn't change him for the world though, underneath all that aloofness is an animal who is entirely dedicated and dependant on his owner, well...almost! He's the most ridiculously cute ball of fluff and provides endless entertainment!
